About
The person behind the work.

I graduated with honors from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2021, and since then I've built my approach to care around a simple belief: pain shouldn't be the thing standing between you and the life you want to live.
Over the years, I've developed a deep interest in sports performance and functional movement, and pursued additional training and certifications in pain management and rehabilitation. Earlier in my career, I built and ran a full exercise rehabilitation program as part of the sports chiropractic care I provided, and I owned my own sports chiropractic clinic inside a CrossFit gym — work I loved, surrounded by athletes and active people of every age and ability.
Right now, I'm working through certification with Functional Medicine University, digging deeper into root-cause, whole-body approaches to health. This site is where I share what I'm learning along the way — partly because writing it out helps me think more clearly, and partly because I think it's genuinely useful for anyone trying to make sense of their own health.
At the core of everything I do is the same goal: help people move with confidence, address what's actually driving their pain or limitation, and get back to the activities they're passionate about — whatever that looks like for them.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me with my wife and our two young kids, working out together as a family or finding our way outside.
