Terms of Sale | Vitora

By purchasing a product from Vitora (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms.

Products

We sell digital, downloadable content, including rehab and mobility programs in PDF format and access information for the Forge app. No physical products are shipped.

License

When you purchase a digital program, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that content for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the content without our written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of Vitora.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Gumroad. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please review the program description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a program is right for you, contact us before buying at hello@govitora.com.

Health Disclaimer

All products are educational in nature and subject to our Health & Fitness Disclaimer. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to that disclaimer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitora's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or content.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parent or guardian consent, to make a purchase.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
