Back Pain Resilience Program
From Fragile to Fearless
A 5-phase system for moving past back pain — from fear-avoidance to elite athletic resilience.
About this program
Most back pain programs stop at pain relief. This one doesn't. From Fragile to Fearless walks you through five progressive phases — from early movement and fear-avoidance all the way to three-planes-of-motion training that builds the kind of resilience athletes rely on. Built on RIR-based autoregulation so you always train at the right intensity, no matter where you're starting from.
Who it's for
- Anyone dealing with current or recurring back pain who wants a structured path forward
- People who've been told to 'rest and avoid aggravating activities' and are ready for a better approach
- Athletes and active people returning to training after a back injury
- Anyone who feels anxious about their back and wants to rebuild confidence through movement
